Hi this is an incredible amount of Beach Boys rarities. However I am not really sure what RAR files are and when I go to the link and spend 10 minutes downloading my computer cannot play. Im using a PC. Where can I obtain the device to play them. From what I have heard - great!

.RAR files are also called "archives". You need a program like WinRAR (or 7zip, a free program) to open them and get the audio files!
